What happens if the server crashes?

The platform monitors all game servers continuously. When a crash is detected:

1. The crash is logged and a support ticket is automatically opened
2. The server logs are analyzed by AI to determine the cause
3. An automatic restart is attempted within 60 seconds
4. You will be notified by email if the server required manual intervention

Most crashes are resolved automatically within a minute or two. If your server has been down for more than 5 minutes, check your email for a notification or open a support ticket.

Your world data is safe — the last backup is always preserved and servers are never forcibly wiped during a restart.
