How to Request a Server

All servers on Kujo Game Servers are provisioned manually. Here is the process:

1. Create an account at /sign-up. Use your real name and a valid email address — you will receive your server credentials by email.
2. Browse available servers at /server-products.
3. Submit a request for the game server you want. You will be asked for any preferences (game version, world settings, etc.).
4. Wait for approval. Brian will review your request and provision your server within 24 hours. You will receive an email when it is ready.
5. Connect using the details in your welcome email. See the individual game connection guides in this knowledgebase.

If you have not heard back within 24 hours, open a support ticket.
