Is this platform always available?

This is a homelab platform, not a commercial service. While every effort is made to keep servers running 24/7, the following may cause temporary downtime:

• Scheduled maintenance: Announced in advance via email and the portal. Typically occurs late night/early morning Eastern time.
• Unplanned hardware issues: Rare, but possible on home hardware. Servers are restored as quickly as possible.
• Power outages: The homelab is on a UPS but extended outages will cause servers to go offline.
• ISP issues: Occasional upstream connectivity interruptions may affect access.

No uptime SLA is offered. If availability is critical for your use case, this may not be the right platform for you.
