The best way to get help is to open a support ticket:

2. Go to Open a Ticket
3. Select the appropriate department:
   • Technical Support — server crashes, connection issues, performance problems
   • Game Server Setup — new server config, world uploads, mod installation
   • Billing — invoice or account questions
   • General — anything else
4. Describe your issue clearly and include any error messages
