• Support content: Messages and attachments submitted via support tickets
• Billing records: Service history and invoice records

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to operate this platform: provisioning servers, sending service notifications, diagnosing issues, and maintaining security. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

Data Storage

All data is stored on servers in our private homelab. No personal data is sent to third-party cloud providers, except outbound email via Microsoft 365.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure. Server logs are retained for 14 days. Support ticket content is retained indefinitely.

Your Rights

Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by opening a support ticket.

Cookies

Only session cookies required for login and portal functionality are used. No tracking or analytics cookies.
